Another awesome year at The Worldpac Training Institute STX Nashville, TN!

Part of our staff, along with staff from our sister shops, @reggiesmotorworks & @thenoblemechanic_kokomo, took the trip down to take part in the amazing training and experience that is STX.

Our staff enjoyed amazing training / classes, awesome food, and getting to stay in the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Things we learned at STX..
1.) Our Operations Manager, Tom Boyer, enjoys playing games of all types. (see photos)

2.) You can get easily lost in the Opryland Resort but it's ok because you'll find awesome views through out the resort.

3.) Skills from hands on automotive training, electrical diagnosis/repair, marketing, and all the way to shop management.

We can't thank the wonderful staff at STX and all the amazing instructors for making this event such an awesome experience for all our staff.

Can't wait for 2026!

We value our community and helping the next generation.

Our founder, Reggie Stewart, taking part in a panel discussion at @noblesvilleschools about their internship program, which we have taken part in over the years. This panel was held as part of their Miller Ambassadors program, which Reggie is part of.

To the left of Reggie is Alaina Shonkwiler (@alainafornoblesville), who is currently running for Indiana District 29 State Representative. Alaina was part of the team that placed interns for Noblesville Schools and has also been involved with businesses that have hosted interns.

The rest of the panel was made up of @noblesvillehighschool students involved in the internship program.

The internship program encompasses many industries and is supported by several local businesses. We believe in the internship program at NHS, as we want to help grow the next generation and allow them to learn about careers that they may not have had access to, and allow them to see if this could be a career path they would enjoy.
