Role and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with our clients. We take care of PEOPLE, not just their cars
• Be a professional communicator, with clients and with team members
• Be the upbeat face of the company that checks in clients, resells job once picking vehicle up, and takes payments
• Making sure phone presence is positive and professional
• Set up appointments and schedule them accordingly
• Ask questions to help understand client issues and pass along critical details to our team
• Estimate and sell work orders provided by our technicians. *This is a sales position.
• Ensure proper information is getting onto work orders including customer information, emails, notes, parts, labor, sublet, etc
• Making sure we are opening our store on time and that closing procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Previous Service Advisor Experience or equivalent Sales experience required
• Proficiency with computers, internet, and Microsoft office experience is a must! We are a fully digital shop for work orders and inspections – paper free
• Willingness to train and learn
• Ability to communicate well and be an active listener
• Ability to travel twice a year for training
• Ability to multitask, and to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our insurance company

This is an entry-level position at a premium specialty auto repair shop. You may be an aspiring technician, or just have a knack and desire to keep things tidy. Your primary responsibility will be keeping our shop and client lounge spotless…including the bathroom. You will also keep materials stocked, take out the trash, and lend a hand to the technicians when needed. A clean driver’s record is necessary so you can do parts runs and drive company cars.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a daily cleaning routine for the shop and client lounge
• Operating a floor scrubber, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, windows, restroom, filters, equipment fluid changes to name a few
• Maintain proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and consumables
• Assist with monitoring parts, supplies and chemicals
• Maintain the readiness of the Courtesy Car fleet, including cleanliness and fuel levels. Monitor for service indicators on the dash and notify front-end staff when due
• Make occasional parts runs
• Drive clients to their homes or to a local business
• Drive client’s cars for the purpose of testing miles and quality control
• Various maintenance projects around the shop
• Assist technicians when asked

Possible Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform changing tires
• Assist the Master Technicians with oil services

Requirements:

• Awesome attitude 
• Pride in maintaining the cleanest auto repair shop around
• A+ problem solving aptitude
• Ability to carry tires & wheels, up to 75 lbs. each, up and down stairs
• Diverse skill-set including mechanical aptitude and people skills
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and pass a background check.
