Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with our clients. We take care of PEOPLE, not just their cars
  • Be a professional communicator, with clients and with team members
  • Be the upbeat face of the company that checks in clients, resells job once picking vehicle up, and takes payments
  • Making sure phone presence is positive and professional
  • Set up appointments and schedule them accordingly
  • Ask questions to help understand client issues and pass along critical details to our team
  • Estimate and sell work orders provided by our technicians. *This is a sales position.
  • Ensure proper information is getting onto work orders including customer information, emails, notes, parts, labor, sublet, etc
  • Making sure we are opening our store on time and that closing procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Previous Service Advisor Experience or equivalent Sales experience required
  • Proficiency with computers, internet, and Microsoft office experience is a must! We are a fully digital shop for work orders and inspections – paper free
  • Willingness to train and learn
  • Ability to communicate well and be an active listener
  • Ability to travel twice a year for training
  • Ability to multitask, and to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our insurance company
